Booking Information Booklet


Our club is available for wedding receptions, anniversaries, birthday parties, barefoot bowls or functions with or without catering. We can seat approximately 100 guests.

The contract to hire provides for the premises to be left clean and tidy and be closed at 11:30pm.

All group bookings to be placed through the Club below.

Booking Conditions


Deposit $110 to confirm booking. If function is cancelled outside of 30 days from the event, a refund is available less 10%GST. If within the thirty days, no refund will be given.


Final numbers for catered events must be given seven days from the event as you will be charged on our records, no matter the number present. If more meals are served, then an extra charge per person applies.

Liquid Refreshments

No liquid refreshments must be brought onto the premises.

All drinks must be purchased at our bar.


Bar & Drinks

Beer, spirits, wine or soft drinks are not permitted to be brought into the club. The club bar does have a wine list which can be purchased on your behalf should you require particular labels. Any bar costs incurred for guests (dry bar) are to be settled on the evening of the function. The club will not serve minors at the bar and anyone seen purchasing for or supplying liquor to minors will be asked to leave.


The club does not have poker machines. Eftpos is available.


You may supply your own band or DJ, but the Club Licence requires that the noise levels be kept within legal limits which we reserve the right to monitor.


You are at liberty to decorate the Clubhouse by arrangement with the contact person. The use of confetti or sparklers inside or around the clubhouse is strictly forbidden.


Numbers for catering must be provided seven days before the function. Where numbers are reduced, quoted numbers must be paid for where catering is provided. Extra meals served will be charged per additional person.

Hire of Hall

The hire cost for weddings/party allows time for set up the Friday afternoon 4:30 – 6:00pm and then all day Saturday until 11:30pm. Hire cost includes GST and bar staff to service the bar.

Due to the demand of our Club facilities, a deposit of $100.00 (including GST) must be paid within one week of the booking to confirm and hold the date you require. The $300 Club House Bond if required must be paid by client within 30 days of the function.

The $100 deposit is non-refundable should the event be cancelled. The balance of function costs are to be paid prior the event.

Tablecloths are available for hire at $5.00 each. If damaged, there is a replacement cost of $25.00 per tablecloth. The club launders the tablecloths.


You may make your own catering arrangements. To meet the Toowoomba City Council Food safety regulations and the Food Safety Code 2006, all caterers used at our club must have their own Food Safety Supervisor and Food Safety plan.

Our kitchen is equipped for the reheating of food only at a cost of $50.00. Please inform your caterer that the cooking of food is not permitted.

Our crockery and cutlery is available for your use. We require a deposit of $50.00 refundable if no damage or loss is incurred. The washing of crockery and cutlery is the responsibility of the caterer. (Extra charge of $50.00 for the use of the dishwasher).

Your caterer is asked to provide meals for all club staff involved in the function.


With parents attending functions with children, please ensure that they do not interfere with or play on the grass greens, and if they wish to go outside, ensure that they play on the Northern side of the clubhouse on the artificial green.
